Let customers make their own appointments.
Your customers choose a time that is really free and get a confirmation right away. You see the appointment in your dashboard and in your own calendar. For any business in the Netherlands: the app, your booking page and the e-mails to your customers are in Dutch.
Free during the test phase. You don't need a payment card.

An example to try. Nothing is booked.
How it works
Three steps, and your customers can book.
- Step 1
Choose your type of business
We set up the appointments that fit your business.
- Step 2
Set your working hours
Days off and public holidays come off your schedule by themselves.
- Step 3
Share your link
Customers choose a time themselves and get a confirmation right away.
Try it yourself
Two made-up businesses, to see how it works. Go ahead and book: no e-mail goes out. Like the app, the demos are in Dutch.
For every business with appointments
Choose your type of business, and the appointments that go with it are ready for you. Then change them as you like.
- Car dealer
- Test drive, Trade-in valuation, Consultation
- Hairdresser or salon
- Haircut, Cut and wash, Colouring
- Care and coaching
- Introduction, Intake, Follow-up session, Information meeting
- Business services
- Introductory meeting, Consultation, Information session
- Something else
- Start with one appointment and add more yourself.
What you get
Everything you need to plan appointments, without having to figure anything out.
- Your own booking page
- With your logo and your colour, on a fixed link. Put it on your website, in your e-mails or in your WhatsApp status.
- Confirmation and reminder
- Customers get a confirmation right away, with the appointment for their calendar, and a reminder the day before. They reschedule or cancel themselves, with the link in that e-mail.
- Your own calendar connected
- Connect Google Calendar, Outlook or iCloud. What is already in it can no longer be booked, and new appointments appear in it by themselves.
- Public holidays closed by default
- Dutch public holidays and the lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00 are already closed. A day off, or other working hours for one day, takes a few clicks.
- Together with your team
- Invite your colleagues. Everyone has their own working hours and calendar, and you decide who can do what. New appointments are shared fairly: whoever has the fewest that week gets the next one.
- Cars, rooms and groups
- Let customers book a test drive in a particular car, or a place at a session with more participants.
- On your own website
- Put the booking flow on your website with one line of code. Or let your developer use the API and webhooks, with documentation in Dutch.
- Pay with iDEALComing soon
- Let customers pay in advance or pay a deposit, directly to you.
Your customers' data is stored in a database in Europe.
Your customers' data is stored on a server at a Dutch hosting company. We send e-mails through Resend, an American company, from Ireland. We don't sell data and don't show ads.
From your calendar we only read when you are busy. Read exactly how it works in our privacy policy.
Questions
What does DutchCalendar cost?
While DutchCalendar is in its test phase, it is free. If it costs money later, you will hear well in advance, and you decide whether to continue.
Is DutchCalendar in English?
This website is. The app, your booking page and the e-mails to your customers are in Dutch.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You work in your browser, on your computer or your phone. Your customers don't need an account: they choose a time and fill in their name and e-mail address.
Which calendars can I connect?
Google Calendar, Outlook, Hotmail and Microsoft 365, and iCloud on your iPhone or Mac. DutchCalendar only reads when you are busy, not what an appointment is about.
Can I use it without a website?
Yes. You get your own booking page with a fixed link. Share it any way you like, for example in an e-mail or on social media.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. You delete your account yourself in your dashboard. If you are the only one in your business, the business and all its appointments go with it.
